Most AV integrators, LED manufacturers and marketing agencies hit the same wall. Customers ask for content management software, and there are only three bad answers: send them to a competitor, resell somebody else’s brand, or build a CMS. The first loses the account, the second makes you a middleman on someone else’s invoice, and the third costs more than the hardware margin it was meant to protect.
The easyCMS Enterprise account is the fourth answer. You get the whole platform under your own name for 1290€ a year. We build it, host it, update it and keep it running. Your customers see your company.
What “white label” actually means here
It is not a logo swapped on a login page. The CMS your customers use is yours end to end.
- Your brand in the interface. Your logo on light and dark backgrounds, your colours through the whole UI, your product name in the page titles and menus. Not “easyCMS, brought to you by your company” — just your product, with our name nowhere in it.
- Your own domain name. Your customers log in at
signage.yourcompany.com, not at ours. Nothing in the address bar mentions easyCMS. - Your support address. The help links inside the CMS point at your support channel, so your customers come to you.
- Your player fleet. Players are supplied pre-configured and pointed at your CMS, so a box arrives at your customer’s site, gets plugged in, and appears in your dashboard.
We do the branding work. Send us your logo files and your brand colours and we set the whole thing up, usually live within 7 days.
One system, one customer per account
White labelling on its own gets you a branded login page. What makes it sellable is the permission model behind it.
Enterprise includes multi-user administration with custom roles and permissions. You create a user group per customer, scope it to that customer’s displays, layouts and media, and give them a login. They see their own screens and nothing else. You see everything, from one dashboard, without logging in and out of separate systems.
That is the difference between reselling software and running a signage service. A restaurant group manages its own menu boards. Their franchisee down the road manages theirs. Neither knows the other exists. You administer both, and you bill both.
The economics
Enterprise pricing is built so the margin is on your side of the invoice.
| Standard price | Enterprise price | |
|---|---|---|
| Display licence | 99€ | 49€ |
| easyCMS Android player | 499€ | 169€ |
| Cloud storage | 300MB | 10GB |
| Multi-user & permissions | — | Included |
| White-label CMS & own domain | — | Included |
| Priority support | — | Included |
The annual fee is 1290€. Licences at 49€ instead of 99€ means the plan pays for itself at 26 displays on licence savings alone, before you count the player pricing or what you charge for the service on top. Above that, every screen you deploy is margin.
You can also bring your own hardware. Any Windows or Android device that meets the player requirements will run it, so if you already stock a player you like, keep stocking it.
Who runs easyCMS this way
LED display manufacturers and AV integrators across Europe already sell easyCMS as part of their own offer, precisely so they do not have to build or maintain a CMS.
“We are a LED display manufacturer. Sometimes our customers ask for content management software. This is why we work with easyCMS to provide us with a solution. We are happy and our customers as well.” — Romain Pacy, CEO, Artixium
“As digital signage professionals, we specialise in hardware, especially LED displays. Thanks to our partnership with easyCMS we are able to focus on our core products and outsource the CMS.” — Romain Thys, CEO, HTV LED

What you are actually reselling
Your customers get the full platform, not a cut-down version. Every core feature is in every plan, so there is no feature list you have to apologise for:
- Drag-and-drop layout editor, multi-zone layouts, portrait and landscape
- Playlists, tag-based dynamic playlists, scheduling and dayparting
- The complete widget set: video, images, text, clocks, weather, calendars, RSS, social feeds, web pages, PDFs, menu boards, stocks, traffic maps, HLS streams, interactive buttons and touch zones
- Offline playback: content is cached on the player, so screens keep running when the network drops
- Monitoring, connectivity checks and remote screenshots of what is playing
- Emergency alerts that override the schedule on every screen at once
- Synchronised video walls on Android
- Proof-of-play reporting and DataSet-driven content
The full breakdown is on the features page.
Support behind your support
You are the face your customers see. We are behind you.
Enterprise includes priority support: your requests go to the front of the queue, ahead of the standard email queue. You reach engineers who know the platform, not a call script. The support guides and the AI assistant stay free and public, so your customers can self-serve without ever contacting either of us, and when you need someone hands-on with a specific deployment, an expert hour is 25€ with a written diagnosis and a fixed quote before any further work.
We also keep the platform maintained: free software updates, security patching and hosting are all inside the annual fee. There is no version you have to upgrade your customers onto.
Common questions
How long does setup take?
Usually within 7 days of you sending us your logo, colours and the domain name you want to use. We do the configuration, you approve how it looks.
Do I have to commit to a screen count?
No. The 1290€ annual fee is the same whether you run 25 displays or 250. You buy licences at 49€ as you deploy them.
Can I move existing customers across?
Yes, and we would rather you did than have you migrate them by hand. Tell us what you are running now and we will tell you what a migration involves. Talk to us before you order.
What happens if I stop the annual plan?
The white-label branding, your own domain and the multi-user administration are what the annual fee covers, so those are what you would lose. Your display licences are one-time purchases and stay yours. In practice, talk to us before it lapses rather than after.
Is there a reseller agreement?
Yes. Reselling, sublicensing and redistribution happen under a written reseller or white-label agreement with us, as set out in our terms. That agreement is part of the Enterprise onboarding.
Start selling under your own brand
Tell us how many screens you expect in year one, what you are running now, and whether you need hardware. We will come back with a concrete plan, including migration if you have existing customers to move.
