Burger Restaurant Menu Board

Menu board templates made for a burger restaurant: every burger single or as a menu on one line, sides in sizes, photo cards, the combo and the lunch deal. You change a price from your phone and every screen follows. You pay once.

A burger menu is built on one question: single, or as a menu? Every burger has two prices, the sides come in two sizes, and the deal that brings people in at lunch is not the one that works at nine in the evening. easyCMS keeps all of that in one menu that you change yourself, from your phone, and the screens above the counter follow.

Every picture on this page is a real screenshot of an easyCMS template, playing a sample burger menu.

Ready-made sets

The Fast-food wall set is three screens: a burger in the spotlight, burger photo cards and the promotions. Burger and sides puts the burger menu beside the sides.

Running the menu from your phone

All the boards read one menu, kept in Studio under Menu & prices.

Single or menu

Sizes are free text: single and menu, regular and large, 6 and 9 pieces, each with its price on one line.

Sold out

Out of halloumi: one tap and the veggie burger shows “Sold out”, and the spotlight skips it.

Labels

Spicy, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, halal, new and house special, as small symbols beside the name.

Allergens

The 14 allergens of EU law stored with each burger and side, for whoever takes the order. They are not shown on the boards.

Import

Give Studio a photo of your current board, a PDF or an Excel file under Import. It reads the burgers, sizes and prices and shows them to you to check before saving.

Breakfast, lunch and evening

Each design on a screen can play always, at set times, or on a repeat. Play the breakfast board until 11:00, the lunch deal from 11:30 to 14:00 on weekdays and the full menu after that, and the screens switch by themselves.

What you need in the restaurant

Screens. 43 to 55 inches above the counter, landscape, two or three side by side. A menu board is on all day, so a professional screen made for long hours is the safe choice.

Each screen also needs something to play on:

The easyCMS Android player

The easyCMS Android player, 499€, arrives ready to plug in, with a display licence included.

An Android box you already have

An Android box or Android TV: type myeasycms.com/apk in its browser to install the player (how).

A Windows PC

A Windows PC connected to the screen runs the easyCMS player, and the player itself is free.

A Samsung or LG professional screen

Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) professional screens run the player themselves, with no box at all.

What it costs

Line Cost
easyCMS account, up to 5 screens, includes 1 licence 49€ once
2 × extra licence at 66€, in the same order 132€ once
Three screens above the counter 181€ once

Licences are 66€ each in the same order as the account, 99€ each added later. The burger templates, the menu, the import and the sets are included.

Year 1 After 5 years
easyCMS, 3 screens 181€ 181€
A signage subscription at 10 USD per screen per month 360 USD 1,800 USD

10 USD a month is about the middle of the per-screen prices in our Digital Signage Pricing Index, checked in October 2026. Screens and players come on top in both cases. A menu board template bought on its own, such as a Canva file, costs a few dollars but has to be edited and exported again for every price change, and needs something to play it on.

Several restaurants

One account runs every screen in every restaurant: one menu for all of them, or a menu per restaurant where prices differ. The PRO account at 299€ runs up to 25 screens.

What easyCMS will not do

No link to your till

Prices are set in Studio. They do not come from your till or ordering kiosk, whether Square, Lightspeed or any other system.

No orders or payments

The screens show your menu and your deals. Nobody can order or pay from the screen itself.

No design from scratch

You start from the templates and change the photos, colours and texts yourself. An expert hour is 25€ if you want someone to help.

Questions burger restaurants ask

Can each burger show a single and a menu price?

Yes. Give it two sizes, single and menu, each with its price. The boards show both on one line under the name.

Can I use photos of my own burgers?

Yes, one per burger, from your phone or your computer. The list, the photo cards and the spotlight use it. Studio has stock photos until you have yours.

Can the boards change between lunch and evening?

Yes. Each design can play at set times or on a repeat, so the lunch deal plays at lunch and the evening menu after.

What if the internet goes down?

The screens keep playing the last menu they received and pick up your changes when the connection is back.
