Why is it cheaper if I buy it with an account?
Licences that go through checkout in the same order as an account are 66€ instead of 99€, a third off, applied automatically with no code to enter. Bought later on their own they are 99€, so it is worth adding the screens you already know about to the first order.
Do two screens showing the same thing need two licences?
Yes. A licence belongs to a display, not to a piece of content or a location. Two panels side by side showing halves of one design are two screens and two licences.
What happens if the player breaks?
The licence is not lost with the hardware. Tell us which display it was and we will release it so you can use it on the replacement.
Does it expire or need renewing?
No. It is a one-time purchase with no expiry date and no renewal invoice, and software updates are included for as long as you use it.
