What does it cost, and when does it pay for itself?
One recurring plan, and everything else is a one-time purchase. Enterprise is 1290€ a year, and it is the only recurring thing we sell.

PRO accounts sit between the two on storage, at 5GB. Licences and players are one-time purchases at both prices, the annual fee is what buys the lower prices, the branding and the multi-user administration.
Hardware is the faster lever, so it is worth seeing both. Every figure below is a saving against the standard price list.

One licence per display, one player per display where you buy hardware from us, bought as you deploy them. The 1290€ comes out of these figures once for the year. Bring your own hardware and the player column is nil, any Windows or Android device that meets the player requirements will run it, so if you already stock a player you like, keep stocking it.
That is cost and saving, and nothing else. What you charge your own customer is your business and we have no view of it, so you will not find a revenue projection anywhere on this page.

Will my customers see the name easyCMS anywhere?
No. Not in the address bar, not in the interface, not in the help links, not on the box.

We do the branding work
You send us your logo files, your brand colours and the domain you want your customers to use. We build it, and you approve how it looks before anyone else sees it. It is a set-up we deliver, not a settings screen you have to fill in.
How much work does this put on me?
The branding is our job. The customers are yours. Between those two there is less than you expect.

One dashboard, every customer
White labelling on its own gets you a branded login page. What makes it sellable is the permission model behind it. Enterprise includes multi-user administration with custom roles and permissions. You create a user group per customer, scope it to that customer's displays, layouts and media, and give them a login. They see their own screens and nothing else. You see everything from one dashboard, without logging in and out of separate systems.
A restaurant group manages its own menu boards. Their franchisee down the road manages theirs. Neither knows the other exists. You administer both, and you bill both.

An expert hour
When something needs someone hands-on with a specific deployment, an expert hour is 25€ and comes with a written diagnosis and a fixed quote before any further work.
Free software updates, security patching and hosting are all inside the annual fee. There is no version you have to migrate your customers onto.

Every core feature is in every plan. There is no cut-down reseller edition, no upsell you have to make on our behalf, and nothing you have to apologise for in a demo.
